　ポーランド人トレッカーによる英語版ガイドブックで、ツーリストの視点で書かれているため使い勝手がよい。数日～10日間前後の長い行程となるルートが多いのが特徴のインド・ヒマラヤは、トレッキング情報として充分なガイドブックがこれまでなかったために、「待ってました」というような内容。ラダック・ザンスカール地方のような荒涼としたチベット的大地から、雪と岩の連なる峰と険しい谷のヒマラヤ山中の地域まで、インド・ヒマラヤはかなり多様である。
